Former Tulsa tennis star wins 1st pro tournament

TULSA–– Former University of Tulsa tennis star Or Ram-Harel captured his first professional tournament championship this week by winning the Kiryat Shmona ISR F10 tournament in his home country of Israel.


As the No. 2 seed, Ram-Harel faced No. 8 Constantin Bittoun Kouzmine in the final match, winning in two sets, 6-4 and 6-3.


Ram-Harel was a member of the Tulsa’s tennis team from 2013-17. He finished his career with a 43 singles victories and 28 wins in doubles play. Ram-Harel made three appearances and had a record of 2-3 at the NCAA Singles Championships during his time at Tulsa.
